ROYALTIES AND AVAILABILITY Upon publishing, Mirror Publishing will make your book available to all distribution partners and agrees to pay the author royalties every month beginning three full pay periods after the first monthly pay period. This is how the distributor pays us. It's every month once it begins, but there's always the three pay period delay. TERMS OF AGREEMENT This agreement will run for one year from the time the book is published. This can be continued each additional year at the the author and Mirror Publishing's agreement. There is an optional $12.00 fee to continue each additional year. The author may opt out of this agreement at any time. COPYRIGHTS AND ISBN's The author understands that the assigned ISBN (International Standard book Number)is registered to Mirror Publishing and cannot be copied or used outside of the context of the book in which it is assigned. The author further agrees that logos are owned by Mirror Publishing and cannot be copied, distributed or used in any way outside of the published book. RIGHTS OF AUTHOR AND PUBLISHER The author retains full copyrights to the book and further understands that they are not bound by a publishing contract with Mirror Publishing and the title published with Mirror Publishing can be published by any other publishing company during the span of this agreement. LIABILITY WAIVER The author further agrees that they are fully responsible for the contents of their book and will not hold Mirror Publishing, it's agents, associates or partners liable for any disputes or arguments from any party of any nature arising from the publishing, sales or distribution of their book. USE OF TITLE and/or ART The author further agrees that Mirror Publishing may use any or all parts of their book to promote sales of the book or for promotion of Mirror Publishing. ORDERING BOOKS When you need to order books for yourself, simply send an email and let us know how many and we will send you the invoice. Books must be ordered (and paid for) at least two weeks before you need them.
